Such was the business challenge of novel start-up company Connect Life who contacted TTC Solutions,
by recommendation of interface design company DUX. Connect Life wanted to have a Mobile App that
would generate revenue. "The customer needed us to execute their idea from the grassroots level to the
end-user, how could use this application on their phone. The purpose of the app is to bring together
tennis partners and find the right times and courts to play." said Aver Allmere, a business developer at
TTC Solutions.
The solution was to create with the design team a Branded Application that can accommodate more
services and areas than just tennis. Prior to development, potential technical problems (for the end-user)
and business challenges (scalability, profit) were also mapped.
The TTC Solutions part of the project was a complete creation of mobile application and backend system
solution. The design for both the Web and Mobile Application was made by our partner DUX," said

In the case of the Minimum Viable Product, it was also necessary to make the hard decisions about what
to add or exclude from the application without losing the User Experience. "We conducted User Research,
put together Plans for Development and Testing, and made a Strategy. Then we went through an Agile
Development Process until the app was made public," told Allmere.
Connect life mobile app makes tennis-related activities easy, digital and playful. After the account
is created, the user will have access to games created by other users and will be able to book free play time.
The app also helps the user to find game partners.
The client feedback has been mostly positive and now the development has reached the second phase.
"They are happy when we help to point out aspects that they might not be looking at themselves,"
Allmere said. He added that it is important not to try to build a complete application in the beginning, but
to start from building modules that can be tested and changed according to the feedback.
Currently, it is possible to measure the success of an application on a user-by-user basis - how fast users
number is growing and how active users are (how often groups are created and played). Allmere told that
the end-users of the product have received it very well: "Within two weeks we had already 500 active
users. which shows that people liked what they saw and advised it to others. "The primary growth did not
come from advertising, however, but the application popularity exploded within tennis community.
After the app was made public, it reached TOP10 apps to be downloaded from the Apple App Store
worldwide.
